Who doesn't want to write a little love song for their sweetheart? That was the goal with this project — to give everyone an opportunity to spread a little love. We developed a site where people could do just that. They could select a music style, customize the lyrics and even build their own avatar. After all, not everyone is a musician. But everyone has a song in their heart they want to share.
Was this a big, sexy client with a big, sexy budget? No. But I still love this project. I loved the process of problem-solving. I love that it started with an idea and we had to figure out how to make it work. I love that in one single project, we were able to incorporate songwriting, recording, website development, illustration, animation and letterpress. How often do you get to do that?
